POLICY

- We have to refuse to serve Rude, mean, or disrespectful people
- We offer a 7-day service warranty in cases where nails fall off, color chips, charms fall off, or other issues are caused by technical errors. We are not responsible for any issues reported after 7 days. No refund is given after the service has been rendered.
- We love to do children's nails! However, unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. We use many products that are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children under 12 please keep them safe. 

- Children under 12 years old who want to do Nails must have parental consent and supervision
- We hate to say it but FOR CUSTOMERS SAFETY: Spa chairs have a maximum capacity of 250lbs
- Please ensure you have payment with us before you leave for services. If you are not satisfied with your nails, we will happily fix them
- We prefer that you use credit cards or debit cards to pay for services at the store.

- We are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings at the shop; please take care of your own personal items.

- Only one promotional offer can be applied at a time.
